②壓電式換能器目前國內外大多數超聲波清洗機用的是壓電式換能器,勘L形結構。

這種換能器一般有兩片壓電陶瓷晶片組成。一臺清洗機用多個換能器,經粘接劑粘接在清洗缸底部且經并聯聯接組成一臺清洗機的換能器。換能器基元之間距(對于頻率20kH4一般在5—10mm為佳,太大了容易產生彎曲振動,且振動板受到腐蝕,同時輻射面相對減少。
